Well, I made it through the first full work week of the year. My daughters went back to school, but my son was still home on college break. My goal this week was to get my daughter to school at least 5 minutes before the start. I managed to do that 2 out 5 times – and 1 was due to a delayed opening. Need to get better at that. We took down our Christmas tree on Tuesday – the epiphany – I still have not put away all the boxes though. I promised myself that I would pull all the Christmas stuff out of the attic and put together a big donation box of stuff that we don’t use anymore. The plan is to get to that this weekend.
Are you tackling an organization project this weekend? I’d love to hear about it.
Here is this week’s round up of what I posted, and some interesting pages that I bookmarked:
Values & Priorities – Did you write yours down yet?
Meal Planning – my number one trick to keep the job of providing meals organized and easy.
Turkey Sausage, Onions, and Peppers – yum, a favorite week-night supper.

What I book marked this week:
If you follow me on twitter, you saw that I posted how I’m so tempted to buy the Spicy Shelf! Have you seen the ad on TV? While I think this really would work for me, I am resisting buying it because I need to address the 15 projects I already have before I buy another thing . . .
Did you hear how Mark Zuckerberg has made it his goal to read more this year? His goal is to read a book every two weeks. I liked this post on how Mark can stick to his goal – the tips are ones we can all use: 5 Tips for Mark Zuckerberg
This post compiled my points on the Family Calendar and setting Priorities in one: The Simple Calendar Strategy
